Webitel Receives an International ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certificate!

We are thrilled to announce that Webitel has completed the certification for information security management systems and received the international ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate. With over 14 years of experience working with prominent brands across various industries in 30 countries on custom contact center automation projects, we always maintain a high level of professionalism, a personalized approach, and project involvement. Therefore, implementing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements was an essential step for our company to declare our attitude, values, and commitment to growth.

The certification itself included several stages, in particular internal and external audits, employee training, and implementation and maintenance of requirements.
