Company history refers to the early 2010-s when two colleagues while working in telecommunications faced current challenges of the market: limited supply, clumsy functionality, and an outdated vision of the call center’s future. So partners came up with the idea of creating their own product: flexible, dynamic, and innovative, which meets the requirements of time and business needs. This was the beginning of the Webitel company and its platform that allows you to implement even the most complicated tasks in a couple of hours.
From two strategic partners to a broad customer network worldwide - it has been an incredible journey for our company. Global vision, local experience, and Ukrainian perseverance helped us to craft a unique software solution, which for many companies nowadays is the embodiment of productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
