Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a business analyst to work on partner projects related to the implementation of Webitel communication platform products and Creatio CRM system. It would be great if our ideal candidate met the following:
Skills:
Experience 1+ year
Analytical mindset and developed logical thinking
Languages: English (at least intermediate), Russian
Ability to act independently, make decisions
Communication skills, presentation skills
Responsibilities:
Perform interface configuration of the system, without programming
Prepare technical tasks for the development team
Carry out training for customers on the implemented functionality
Work with the product development team on project solutions
Interview and train clients for Creatio
Coordinate business cases in the system with the customer
Conduct business logic testing in various projects
Analyse and collect feedback from the client based on the results of joint testing
Will be a plus:
Higher education (or incomplete higher education): technical university or technical specialty, specialized courses
Experience in training and presentations
Experience in automating a new business process in an existing system
Experience in implementing IT projects/improvements to external customers (preferably)
Experience in manual/user testing (desirable)
Knowing the business processes of the contact center
Experience in working with CRM or ERP systems as well as working with BPMN 2.0
